Each class is designed around you, therefore exercises can be adapted depending on where you are in your fitness journey. And please don’t worry about the little ones – they will have plenty of fun music and moves that they can enjoy to keep them happy. The exercises are all about strengthening and toning as well as building up your overall fitness.

The workouts are upbeat, fun and designed to work up a sweat and build up your fitness over the course. Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are all welcome.
